,,Becoming Vegetarian is more than purifying your body, but is a purifying for your soul!"
A vegetarian is a person who does not eat meat, poultry or fish.
Vegetarians eat mainly fruit, vegetables, legumes, grains, seeds, and nuts.
Many vegetarians eat eggs and/or dairy products but avoid hidden animal products such as beef and chicken stocks, lard, and gelatin.
There are also people who eat mainly vegetarian and only eat meat very seldom or try at least to buy only local meat.
Therea are Vegetarian who only don't eat meat, others also don't eat fish.
We, ouselves, do support every food that was produced in an humane way.
So it was not tested by animals, it doesn't originate from mass animal husbandry
or sold by any company that anyhow supports directly or indirectly Animal killing, testing and torturing.
In the next post you will also learn about Vegan, which is a stricter way to live animal friendly, and that argues that eating any product of animals, whether it is meat, milk or eggs, it is the
same crime.
Of course we cannot force anyone, but before you decide for one style you should know about all of them and take their arguments into account.
One might argue that milk and eggs are justifiable as long as they come from appropriate animal husbandry,
but we also want to make you aware of the fact that in our society and our population finding such appropriate animal husbandry is almost impossible and even promises like "Bio" are mostly no
guarantee.
An other argument is that we can not take anything from everyone as long as we don't have their consent, so as long as we don't have the agreement of animals, we don't have the right to eat their
unborn babies (eggs) and drink the food of their babies (milk).
